Welcome to the

511 Traffic Open Messaging Service (TOMS) Information Page

On this page, you can find out how to become a registered data disseminator of 511’s traffic data – “TOMS.” To get started, download the TOMS overview document. It provides a description of the TravInfo® Open Messaging Service, including the TOMS architecture, examples of TOMS messaging, and development of the TOMS client application with its required parameters.

When you’re ready to receive the data, download and follow the instructions in the Disseminator Agreement.

For more information on becoming a registered TOMS Disseminator, contact Les Jacobson.
